OEM & ODM Process
Communicate with customers to understand the purpose of customers' customized products, product requirements (materials, specifications, appearance, etc.) and learn about customer customized quantities and other information.
Understand the basic information of the customer, and after the initial customization intention is reached, feedback the needs to the R&D department, and the R&D department provides plans or drawings.
After the customer confirms the plan or drawing, if a 3D proofing test is required, 3D proofing service can be provided.
After the customer confirms the final 3D model, the mold will be opened and proofed according to the customer's needs.
Once the sample is tested and passed, it will be sent to customer for confirmation.
After the customer confirms the final samples, they place orders for mass production according to their needs. ZND Fan arranges the manufacturers for mass production according to the delivery date, and strictly controls the product quality.
